British Literature: Medieval Period

Right now, the girls are completing character studies for The Canterbury tales and are researching significant dates in Medieval History in England.  Next class, we are making time-lines.  I don’t think  a little history will kill us and should put the Lit into context.  The girls are watching West Side Story (Romeo and Juliet) and Monty Python and the Holy Grail (Medieval History) for class.  I’m taking creative, license to teach this class.
